Heavy transport is electrifying fast, and charging must not slow the fleet down. When a heavy vehicle stops to unload, load or take a break, charging has to happen inside that window.
We bring battery-buffered high-power charging to where the fleet is, with no heavy capital investment and no dependence on the grid connection’s momentary capacity.

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries and managing customer relationships
- Providing and delivering services
- Invoicing and contract management

Each purpose is based on one of the following grounds under the GDPR:
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Providing and delivering services, invoicing and contract management, and responding to enquiries that precede a contract.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Retaining accounting records and meeting other statutory obligations.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Marketing communications and newsletters, and non-essential cookies.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Managing and developing customer relationships and developing the website. Our legitimate interest is maintaining and improving the service we provide to our customers, and we have assessed that this does not override the rights of the data subject.

Personal data is collected:
- Through contact forms and the website
- Directly from the data subject (for example by email or telephone)
- From communications arising during the customer relationship or cooperation

- Accounting and financial administration partners
- IT service providers (for example website maintenance)

Data is not disclosed to third parties without a lawful basis.

Service providers may be located outside the EU/EEA (for example Google, Meta, Mailchimp, Webflow). In such cases, transfers are based on the applicable requirements of data protection legislation (for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

9. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing or to meet statutory obligations. Data held in the marketing register is deleted at the request of the individual.
10. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to:
- Access their own data
- Request rectification or erasure of data
- Object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes
- Request restriction of processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman
- Receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have it transmitted to another controller, where processing is based on consent or on a contract and carried out by automated means
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal

Personal data is stored in electronically secured systems. Access to the data is limited to those employees or partners who are entitled to it on the basis of their duties.

This website uses cookies to improve the user experience, analyse traffic and, where applicable, for marketing purposes. Users can prevent the use of cookies through their browser settings.
13. Providing personal data
Providing personal data is not a statutory requirement. It is necessary in order for us to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quotation, or enter into and perform a contract. Without the data we may be unable to provide the service. Providing data for marketing purposes is always voluntary.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affect them.
