Transport is electrifying faster than the grid was built for. Existing capacity is limited, upgrading the grid connection takes time, and the investment comes before the benefit.
EV Mobile builds high-power charging and on-site power for sites of every kind, including those where grid capacity falls short or no grid connection exists yet. We own the equipment and the uptime.
Charging and on-site power delivered as a complete service, where we take responsibility not only for the equipment but for its continuous monitoring, performance and maintenance.
The charging equipment stays ours. You don't buy it, own it or write it off. Capacity is also built in stages, so the system is never larger than the need.
We don't deliver infrastructure on the basis of a product. Every solution is designed around the use case, the load profile and the outlook for growth, which keeps the investment threshold low.
EV Mobile’s solutions and innovations were developed in Finland, for conditions where cold, load peaks and grid constraints are everyday reality. That’s why our solutions also work at sites where charging is schedule-critical and infrastructure develops in stages.

Ruka wanted fast charging for a growing number of visitors arriving in electric vehicles, in line with the resort's sustainability goals. The site already had a low-voltage connection with unused capacity. EV Mobile delivered high-power charging from that existing connection, with no grid investment and no equipment purchase by the resort.
Charging demand at Ruka was expected to rise by 20 to 40 percent between the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 winter seasons, with only a few new chargers planned for the area. A conventional high-power installation would have meant upgrading the grid connection, committing capital and taking on the risk of demand charges.
240 kW of continuous power from the existing low-voltage connection, and up to 320 kW at peak thanks to battery buffering. No connection or equipment investment, no demand charge risk, and capacity that scales as demand grows.
Common questions
Questions we hear most
High-power charging draws a large amount of power in a short moment. Most properties have a grid connection sized for ordinary consumption, so charging several vehicles at once would require a capacity upgrade. Battery buffering removes that requirement: energy is drawn steadily and released fast, which delivers more power from a smaller connection.
The battery system and charging equipment are integrated into a single unit, making the entire system easily portable and flexibly deployable. For outdoor sites, the solution significantly reduces extensive groundwork requirements.
The energy storage in the battery reinforces the power available from the grid connection and levels out power peaks. It is particularly justified when power demand fluctuates and momentary peaks exceed grid capacity.
